A: A Weapon of Mass Destruction is an incendiary weapon with a charge of more than four ounces, or a weapon that has a life threatening amount of radioactivity or chemicals.

Q: What is the risk of other countries attacking the United States with WMDs?
A: It all depends on what type of WMD you are referring to. Out of all of the Weapons of Mass Destruction, Chemical WMDs have the highest chance of being launched. Although they have the highest chance of being used, it is still unlikely that they will be used against the United States.

Q: How many people have died as a result of WMDs?
A: It can’t be brought down to the exact number as WMDs have been used since ancient times.
